We are contributors like yourself and cannot be of assistance. You should see a Contact us link when you attempt to access your Dashboard. Use it, and file an appeal.

The Adobe Community cannot assist with account suspension issues.
Please submit an inquiry using the contact form located at the bottom of the Contributor page.
It may take anywhere from a few weeks to several months to receive a response, so you will simply have to wait.
