Its really heartbreaking and discouraging too.

Correct answer KaleemAbbas

I'm not offended. I just think you're being dishonest. You've had adopted the strategy of so many other AI contributors that quantity is more important than quality. The automated keyworders are anything but perfect. I've seen many of the results which are often filled with inappropriate and inaccurate keywords, strange compound keywords and sometimes pure nonsense. If you're automating this entire process, you're generating a certain amount of garbage which will eventually put your account in jeopardy as Adobe develops more and more tools to root out and get rid of those assets.

This is really heartbreaking then. There must be some sort of difference between AI and Non-AI generated content. Anyways, I reached on some point. Thank you Jill, its been great really great opportunity to talk and have useful insights about how all this works. I had no idea before that. And one I realized if they not delete my account I won't be able to work on new one, I guess.

Hello, I am Adobe Stoke Contributor, my account has been deactivated.
Now my question is how can I get my account back? I made a payment request, will I not get the payment in this situation? My claim is that I respect your rules. I don't do anything illegal on my account. Please activate my account as soon as possible. Of course I want my payment, I have right to my money, please arrange my payment as soon as possible. I believe Adobe will not let me down

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. We can do nothing to be of assistance. I assume you have used the "Contact Us" link to inquire about the deactivation. All you can do now is wait to hear back. It could be a matter of days or weeks. Check your spam folder on occasion to make sure you don't miss any correspondence from Adobe.

You should have asked your "pending payment" question here, as it is related to this issue. I will merge the two threads.

I have been working as a contributor for past 6 years and never had that issue. My account got de-activated. Indeed it is discouraging and heartbreaking thing. But what I am think at the moment is, What will adobe do with pending withdrawls? Will adobe give the pending withdrawls or not?

No, if the account is blocked for a reason, my standard knowledge of this is that the payment is and will be refused. It depends on the blocking reason, if your account will get unblocked and when it gets unblocks, if the funds are available for a payout.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

So, de-activation = investigation = results = Restored or Suspended / Funds or No Funds ? Am I right?

I sympathize with you, do you have any idea what could have happened?

And therein lies the rub. Gen AI has a whole different set of rules. Good luck! I suspect you'll get your account back eventually.

Have you used the "Contact Us" link on your account page to communicate with Adobe?

Yes have done that but made me think that such a long time and consistent effort ended like this.

Unless Adobe has already advised that your account is permanently closed, it's possible that they will investigate and restore your account.
