Your feedback can help me when I respond to contributors seeking help.

1. Has your account, or a previous account been suspended?

2. Did you respond to contributor-support immediately?

    If so, did you get anytype of return response? How long after responding?

    How many times did you contact contributor support?

3. Did you offer an apology for your mistake or give evidence that you are not responsible for the violation?

4. Did you receive information after the presummed review?

5. Was your account ever reactivated?

     If so, how long did it take?
