I was wondering a little bit noise in the AI Image is directly connected to Quality Issue Rejection?

I don’t know what is criterion of Review

Why is this image rejected by Quality Issue

The quality bar is basically this: customers want commercial quality images.

I don’t know what editing you performed, but it wasn’t enough to elevate this AI image to commercial quality status.

    1. The floating lampshade poking out from the window curtain. Lampshades don’t float, except in old movie seances.
    2. An empty cup on the desk. If there’s no beverage, why have a cup there at all?
    3. Blank book pages. Why?
    4. Look closely at the back chair rail. The left & right knobs have different shapes.
    5. There are noticeable artifacts on the desk.
    6. The girl’s lifeless eyes, abnormally smooth skin and weirdly symmetrical facial features make her less human and more doll-like.

Reviewers stop examining after the first issue they see. There could be potentially more reasons to refuse this image than they reported the first time.  Keep that in mind if you decide to resubmit this.

    Hope that helps.

    Hey @lough125

Take a few minutes and remove things that are distracting.
My eye is bouncing around looking at different things in the image: distractions. The images on the wall could simply be removed.

The light on the bed… pulls my attention away from the subject.

Adobe Stock wants a clean image or an image w little to no distractions.
Generating is not one and done.

    Hi @lough125

The model’s right side is not sharp. The eyes don’t seem to be correctly aligned. The left eye seem to be looking slightly to the right. There is no detail that shows the pupil of the right eye, but it seem to be either looking straight ahead or towards the left.

Also, details are lost in the shadow areas of the model’s right side.

You are correct about the noise. I detect both grain noise and chromatic noise, both of which are criteria for refusal.

Zoom in at 200% to see the details.

    Best wishes

Noise isn’t the problem. This is one of those AI images that can’t decide whether it wants to be a real photograph or AI. Her face needs more life-like qualities. Also, check your histogram and I’d recommend opening up the shadows in the sweater. And stay away from the default 1:1 aspect ratio of AI. Allow room for the customer to crop or add copy.

Hello, I think there’s some loss of detail around the neck and where the hair touches the hood. It looks like the hair is blending into the fabric a bit. Other possible issues include the open book on the table having completely blank pages and the small cup placed on it (blending with the book).

The blurred background isn’t a problem by itself, but at this distance, it might work better with more sharpness.

Sometimes repeatedly editing the same image to fix AI artifacts can actually introduce new issues. It’s like patching one hole and ending up with two more somewhere else.

I think you could use this image as a base to generate new variations, such as different perspectives and close-ups, with Nano Banana 2. Also, it might be a good idea to submit this under the Illustrations category, since the style leans more in that direction.

Edit: The lampshade (near the window) might also be part of the problem.

These are the first two variations (literally) I tried. Nano Banana added a lamp pole to the lampshade, so its absence may be one of the reasons for the rejection.

In my opinion, these two images also fit under “Illustration” because of the skin texture. Submitting them in the Photos category might also be one of the reasons for the rejection.

I don’t see any objectionable noise, but the texture of her hair and the inconsistent pattern on her sweater are quality issues that could have caused rejection.
