i requested a payment since Tuesday, August 06, 2024 and its still pending. i think the 10 biss days have passed? if u can help me know

I'd give it until the end of the day Monday or even Tuesday. I believe some people have been waiting 12 business days. You're at 13 (the day you requested payment usually doesn't count).
