I got a sell every 3 or 4 days and at least one design in review was accepted per day.

Now nothing has happened for over a week now.

Does anyone have any idea about this? Thank you

Some days are very active, other days are dead.

Nobody can predict what will happen from one day to the next.

Sales are dependant on the stock customers. You only sell, if your asset gets presented to the customer and if the customer selects your asset.

Moderation depends on Adobe's ability to have enough moderators and the contributors submission pace. As you can influence your submission pace, the submission pace of all the others is out of your reach.

So, all in all, this is a situation where you have very little influence. Concentrate your powers on submitting quality assets that pass the moderation, and you are fine.

Both sales and reviews can be unpredictable. A temporary slowdown is not really cause for concern.

Sales can ebb and wane, and review times can be regular, semiregular, or with days or weeks in between. Dozens if not a few hundred individuals are experiencing the latter especially.
