It is possible that Adobe will restore you account after completing their investigation. If the violations of the T&C's are serious enough, you will be permanently banned from contributing to Adobe Stock. Since you don't know why the first account was blocked, you run the risk of making the same errors again.

Abambo · Answer

You will need to understand why the account got blocked. Without that knowledge, any new account would get blocked again rapidly. If the account got blocked for fraud, chances are high that you get blocked anyhow again.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
