As said we do not have access to your account. However, you can do checks by zooming in on your files at between 100 and 200% to look for artifacts, sharpness, and noise. There might be other areas that you'll need help to identify. To get this help you may research on this forum for answered questions where you can see examples. Here's a list of what reviewers look for. If you are unable to identify your file's issue after inspecting your files, then you'll need to upload them here for us to help you identify the issue.
