Ablehnung wegen Schutz des geistigen Eigentums

Ich verstehe nicht, warum dieses Bild wegen "Schutz des geistigen Eigentums" abgelehnt wurde. Könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen?

Das Bild wurde eben abgelehnt, weil massiv Logos zu sehen sind. Ein einziges kleines Logo würde genügen. Wie die Kollegen bereits erklärt haben, ist das unzulässig, da die Bilder in jedem Kontext kommerziell genutzt werden könnten. Deshalb müssen auch alle Personen, welche erkennbar abgebildet werden, eine Freigabe unterschreiben. Allerdings hat das Bild auch übermäßiges Rauschen.

 

Die Kontraste sollten auch etwas angehoben werden:

Der Moderator lehnt bei dem ersten Fehler ab, der er sieht (oder der Fehler, der nicht zu verbessern ist, wenn er mehrere Fehler sieht).

Hi @Irmgard5CEA , unfortunately street scenes like yours are very hard to get accepted for stock photography.  When you submit an image to stock, you state that you have the rights to everything in that image or have a release form for Intellectual Property (IP) in it so that users may purchase your image and use it for their own commercial needs.  Here is a portion of your image.

 

 

Just in this little section, you see the business names and logos of Avalon, Anassa, Cafe Obe, not to mention all of the idenitifable people who would have to sign model releases.

 

Street scenes like this can be great for your portfolio, or for editorial content, but not for commercial stock photography so they will always get rejected to avoid potential lawsuits from any of the identifiable businesses, product owners or people in the image.
