Ablehnung wegen Urheberrecht

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin sehr viel auf Airshows unterwegs und werde aus einer Ablehnung wegen Urheberrecht nicht schlau.

Das Bild zeigt eine Saab 39 auf dem Taxiway von hinten.

Als Titel wählte ich "Saab 39 with fully extended Speedbrake" und in den Stichworten sind keine Urheberrechtsverletzungen zu finden, darauf hab ich geachtet.

Da hier auf dem Portal sehr sehr viele ähnliche Planespotting Fotos gepostet werden, erschließt sich mir der Urheberrechtsverstoß nicht ganz.

Vielleicht könnt Ihr mir hier einen Tipp geben.

Thanks for your answer.

What i still doesn't understand, the Picture iD: 458370731 is the exact same plane with aircraft number on the tail and Name of the plane in the title and that's obvious ok.

It should not have been approved. Alone that you used the registered name Saab is enough to require an IP release.
