If I create a background image for any content/image with AI and then manually add main elements using Photoshop and upload it, do I have to mark this level?

Ask yourself if you really need AI to create a background. I ask because some customers filter out AI from searches.

Yes of course. If ANY part of the image was created with AI, you must declare it as AI.
