Hi Experts i want to know i dnt have good Connection At home can i upload Data To Any Other internet Server for Fasr Uploading Does Adobe has Any ip Violation Issue about uplaoding from Another Internet ?

An “Intellectual Property Refusal” is because of something in the content, not of the upload point you use. You could even use your friends computer, as long as you upload your assets to your account.

      Means i can use public wifi or office office internet for better speed ? does it matters if some also using there account on same internet not same device

      As I said above, you can upload from wherever you want. Adobe doesn't care about the IP address where your uploads occur.
