Concern about long review times and potential unauthorized copies

Hello Adobe Stock team,

I would like to report a serious concern. I have several images that have been waiting for review for several weeks. During this long pending period, I’m worried that similar or identical content may have been submitted by other users who had access to my work through external image generation platforms.

If my images are eventually rejected for "duplicate content" or "copyright infringement", I would like to clarify that I am the original creator and I have proof of creation, including timestamps, metadata, and prompt records.

Is there any way to prevent or appeal rejections caused by unauthorized copies made during the review period?

I would greatly appreciate your support in addressing this issue.

Best regards,

Long waiting times are normal. There is nothing that can be done about this. I hope that the new rules will enhance the situation, however.

Whatever, protecting your creations is your task, and not Adobe's. If you are using open tools, you cannot prohibit others to get inspired by your prompts. Copyright infringement is different from similar assets. If you see your creations published here by other people, you can file a copyright infringement claim.
