About fiscal taxes to people from other country

I am from Perú i would like about the fiscal taxes for photos I will appreciate the explanation  thanks

To add to @Nancy OShea's explanation:You still need to submit the correct form because without that, you will not be able to get a payout. And you still will need to declare your income locally, and in accordance to your Peru tax laws, that we don't know.

If you are a resident of a country like Peru that has no tax treaty with the US, your withholding tax is a flat 30% on all sales. Adobe deducts that amount from your royalty payment.
