Hello,

I used to have a Fotolia contributor account and sold photographs through the platform. After Fotolia was discontinued and integrated into Adobe Stock, I lost access to my account.

When I try to access or recover it, Adobe refuses my request. I have also tried to create a new contributor account, but I am told that I cannot have multiple accounts.

Could someone please explain why I no longer have access to my former Fotolia account and advise me on how to recover it or transfer it to Adobe Stock?
