Question

Account

I noticed on social media that many Adobe contributor accounts were being deactivated or terminated. To ensure transparency and avoid any potential misunderstandings, I decided to contact Adobe proactively by email and inform them that three accounts were being used within our office.

However, I did not realize that my explanation might be misunderstood. The three accounts belong to three different individuals, not to a single person managing multiple accounts. We all work in the same office and use the same internet connection and network for our work.

Unfortunately, following my email, all three of our accounts were deactivated. This was never my intention, as I contacted Adobe in good faith to be transparent and to prevent any potential issues. I believe this situation may have resulted from a misunderstanding regarding the separate ownership of the three accounts.

We are three separate individuals, not one person operating three accounts. We are fully willing to provide any necessary identity verification, account ownership information, or other supporting documents to demonstrate that the accounts belong to different people.

We are contributors like yourself and we cannot be of assistance. If all owners of the accounts have submitted an appeal, your only option is to continue waiting.

I ran into a lot of trouble with them because I emailed Adobe without their permission.
Yes, they have filed an appeal.
