My account deactivate plase help activate agin

    You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum, ad no one here can help you get your account reactivated. Being unaware of Adobe guidelines is not a defense of your infractions. You signed the Contributor Agreement which requires you to follow all rules and guidelines.

     

    Follow the guidance in the above post from @daniellei4510 to start the process of getting your account reviewed and reactivated.

     

    Meanwhile, in case your account does get deactivated read ALL of the Adobe Stock help pages:

    Dear Adobe community,
    Thank you for your response Sir, I apologize for my mistake,I was unaware
    about adobe submission rules and regulations and I promise that I will
    never submit multiple versions of the same files.I will immediately remove
    all those files,and if possible kindly remove duplicate files from your
    side also.
    I strongly agree to follow the rules for adobe contributors in the
    future,and never disappoint again.I request you to please unblock my
    account as soon as possible.so I can correct my mistakes.

    We can not be of help. We are contributors like yourself. Click the Contact Link as seen in your screen shot and askk Adobe why they deactivated your account. They will eventually get back to you. Do not send an email. Click the Contact link to open a ticket and be patient. It could be awhile.
