Where did you get this 20 business day threshold?  

Appeals requests vary by case and how many other cases are ahead of yours.

Currently, it takes several weeks or months to receive an appeal decision.

When Stock is ready to contact you, you’ll be notified. Probably not until then.

Work on other projects and submit to outside marketplaces.

So I may have misunderstood. You said your account was placed under review. Are you referring to the to asset numbers supplied here that were submitted, or was your account disabled? If assets are under review, I’ve waited as long as 6 months for an asset to finally get reviewed. They seem to get stuck, but are reviewed eventually. If you’re in a hurry, you can try deleting the assets and resubmitting them with different file names. If you don’t change the file name, they may get stuck again.

Although the updated Help documentation does not specify a review timeframe, the previous version stated that reviews for items such as generative AI could take eight weeks.
Reviews take longer when there are many points to verify.

If the review is not completed after several months, please consider withdrawing the submission and resubmitting it.

Investigations cannot be escalated and can take weeks or even months to complete. In any case, Adobe staff does not review this forum and we are all contributors like yourself. Unfortunately, your only option is to continue waiting.
