Use the Contact us link that you'll see when you attempt to access your Dashboard. Email Adobe to ask for details and then wait while Adobe completes their investigation, which can take some time. That is all you can do. We are contributors like yourself and we can be of no additional assistance.

You have a case number, you need to wait. And that you have a case number shows that Adobe did get the request and did answer you. That they do not jump immediatly on each request from the contributors is clear. And blocked accounts are probably not their first priority and their resources are limited. Some contributors needed to wait more than 6 months for a conclusive answer.

There is nothing that can be done for you on this community. Adobe will not read your message and they wont publicly discuss account blockings.

Adobe likely detected some suspicious account activity.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Content spamming or having multiple accounts.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from customers or 3rd parties.
5) Other violations of Stock Contributor Terms. See below.

Be patient. It may take several weeks for an audit. Check your email spam folder. If requested, provide additional information directly to Adobe Stock. While you wait, work on other projects. Submit content to other stock services.

Good luck.

You are not addressing Adobe directly in this forum and will receive no reply here. There's nothing you can do except wait for Adobe to reply. It can take a long time for Adobe to complete their evaluation of your account. Meanwhile, reread the help pages to gain an understanding of what you might have done to earn an account suspension.
