Account Blocked

It has now happened to me.
Here is what happened and what you need to do if it happens to you.

Day 1 12:33 pm I received an email stating that a recently approved photo was re-reviewed and then removed due to a “quality” rejection.

Day 1 12:34 pm I received a second email stating that my account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account.

A logon attempt brought the following pop-up:

I clicked on the “Contact us” link which displayed the following form where I could state my case in the provided textbox (remember that you are not logged in so you must add your contributor ID and email address):

After submitting the form I was displayed the following message showing my case ID:

I also received an email with a link to dispute the decision. I pressed the link and was redirected to the following form:

I completed and submitted the form and was then shown the following screen:

What do I do now? I wait and do not re submit. If an answer takes too long then I will consider having my account deleted.

I hope this helps you.

Behance uses auto-moderation tools that frequently create false positives for spamming & bot activity that trigger account suspensions. It’s an issue that gets mentioned a lot on discussion boards like Reddit and the Creative Cloud Services forum.

Adobe is also in the midst of several legal disputes involving their AI. Below is one example. A Google search will reveal others…

As you know from other cases, it may take a long time, especially if they have a huge backlog.

Bro, I wish you patience while you wait for a response.
My account has been banned for 51 days now, and I haven't received a response.
If you receive any kind of response (positive or negative), please continue this thread so other authors can see it too.

    OMG!

Yale MBA student Thierry Rignol filed a 13-count federal lawsuit against Yale University after GPTZero falsely flagged his exam text as artificial intelligence, leading to a wrongful one-year suspension. The case highlights systemic flaws and high false-positive rates in AI detection tools.

Thanks for sharing Nancy. An interesting article. Adobe will need to tone back their AI monitoring. I have close to 5000 approved photos. Now, they flag me?
