Account blocked

Hello, I received a message yesterday that my account has been blocked. I can't figure out what's wrong. I uploaded 5 videos made from photos. They were rejected and a minute later they received a blocking message. What could I have done wrong? Or is it possible due to the fact that I started to load with the stocksubmitter through the cloud? Can you tell me what is the reason? I have an account for almost 7 years, and I did not violate anything. I wrote to technical support and no answer, maybe there are robots. Can you advise me where to go?
