But I didn't do anything wrong I uploaded so many files last month that's why my downloads increased. Now how can I get my account back. I have worked here for more than 1 year. I didn't do anything wrong. Download increase is not my fault I upload new work this month so I think download increase. I just want to back my account. Because this is my working account. I spend a lot of time in my work. Please back my account. It's really hard to lose my account because I don't do anything wrong

As you've been told, we are not Adobe and we can do nothing to help you. You'll have to contact Adobe if you haven't already. If you have, all you can do is wait while they investigate.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms,
4) A technical problem that only Stock Support can fix.

If you don't hear anything within 15 business days (check your spam folder for reply), send a follow-up inquiry.

Meanwhile work on other projects and submit work to other microstock services.

That's all you can do while you wait for the investigation to conclude.

Your account has likely been suspended for potentially violating the Contributor Terms of Use.  At this point you should contact Adobe Contributor Support using the link they provided when you attempted to log in.  Adobe will reply most likely within a few days.  Make sure to watch spam and other folders, my Adobe emails get filtered to the Promotions tab of my email service.

There may be an investigation that could last several weeks.  One user reported the investigation lasted 4 weeks.

Be patient while Adobe works through the process, and be polite with any follow-up correspondence.

The members of the forum aren't employees and we aren't able to help you other than advising you to contact Adobe with the link that's been provided when you log in.  Adobe will only communicate with you about this via email.  Good luck!
