Account Blocked 60 Days - No Resolution - Case 00512234 - Urgent Help Needed

I am a 5+ year Adobe Stock contributor from Bangladesh with 57,000 assets. My account was blocked on March 31, 2026 — 60 days ago.

 

I have one active case: 00512234. (Previous cases 00488551 and 00505905 are now consolidated under this single case.)

 

Adobe Care responded on Twitter twice promising follow-up. I submitted through the official helpx portal with full payment proof from Adobe Canada Services Corporation. Still no resolution.

Adobe Stock is my sole income. I support my mother in Bangladesh. I am in severe financial hardship.

 

Can anyone from Adobe please help escalate Case 00512234?

    Thank you for your response. I understand that having multiple cases may slow down the process. I will consolidate everything under Case 00512234 and continue waiting through the official support channel.
