Hi everyone,

My account got blocked recently and I'm trying to figure out
what to do.
" Your account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account. These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity. "

Anyone been through this before? How did it go for you?

Any advice would help. Thanks.

I’m not going to sugarcoat this. That letter says it all. You’ve been cut from the Stock Contributor program. Apologies & excuses can’t undo what you did.

    ADVICE:

    • Treat this as a learning experience.
    • Find other interests.
    • Try submitting content to other services, but don’t repeat your mistakes. 😉

    Good luck.

Yes, of course there is a chance that your account will be restored. Unfortunately, there is no way to predict how long it might take...

Thank you so much, Jill_C, for your encouraging words.

Your reply gives me hope during this difficult time.
I understand I need to be patient and wait for Adobe
Stock Contributor Support to review my case.

I want to acknowledge that I may have made mistakes
with similar content patterns in my submissions. I have
already sent a detailed appeal taking full responsibility
and committing to follow all guidelines strictly going
    forward.

If anyone reading this has gone through a similar
situation and successfully recovered their account,
I would deeply appreciate hearing your experience and
    any tips that helped you.

Thank you again for taking the time to respond. The

The only thing you can do is reply to Adobe Stock Contributor Support using the Contact Us link that you see on your account page. It can take weeks or even months to receive a response from Support, so don’t badger them with repeated requests as that just further delays the response.

Is there any chance of recovering my account, considering I haven't committed any wrongdoing such as stealing other people's content or ideas, and my account has over 14,000 downloads?

    Violating the TERMS is wrongdoing.
