Account blocked by adobe stock with required payments in progress

Hi everyone, my account has been blocked, I asked for the reasons and they replied that it violated the terms of the contract (I don't know what it means) I asked several times for information about it but nobody has yet answered me. just before they blocked my account I had requested a payment, I wanted to know if the last payment requested will be credited to me or is that blocked too?
