Account Blocked for AI

Hi everyone,

I’d like to ask the community for advice about my situation. My account was blocked due to AI issues back in May. I contacted support right away and received a case number (00385379), but I haven’t had any reply since then. It’s already been 3 months with complete silence.

Has anyone here experienced something similar? Do cases like this usually get resolved, or should I not expect any reaction at all? Or does support simply not care about their contributors? I’ve been contributing and uploading files to the stock for more than 10 years, and this is the first time I’ve faced such a problem.

Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Stas

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

You aren't the first person who has been contributing traditional content for years who then decide to submit AI, only to have their accounts disabled. The rules for AI are NOT the same as traditional content submissions. As for your questions, we can only suggest that you continue to wait. You have case number. Do not follow up with further emails, as this can potentially create new case numbers and result in delays of Adobe's investigation. Three months is a long time, but not unusual, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours. And there are undoubtedly quite a few, most probably pertaining to AI submissions.
