Account Blocked for "Suspicious Activity" Since April 30 - No Response to Case #00509138

Hello,

I am writing here hoping an Adobe staff member can help escalate my case. My contributor account was deactivated on April 30, 2026, due to an automated flag for "suspicious activity."

I filed an official appeal immediately and have received Case #00509138. Over the last nearly three weeks, I have followed up three times via email providing definitive, concrete proof that 100% of my content is original—including screenshots of my Adobe Premiere Pro editing timelines, raw camera/D-Log video file structures, and metadata. I have received no response or clarification from support.

Check my file below:

My account currently has a $400 pending payout on hold. I am a legitimate videographer and have never engaged in any fraud, account manipulation, or policy violations. I suspect my account may have been falsely flagged by an automated bot due to a sudden, clean spike in organic sales.

Could a staff member please look into Case #00509138 and help push it through to the Compliance team for a manual review? I am fully prepared to share a Google Drive link containing all my original raw video files to prove my full copyright ownership.

Thank you very much for your time and help.

    Hey @Le Drone

You simply have to wait. Sending follow up emails and such is not going to help. We, people on the forum, do not have access to your account or to the decision making process to your account.

    Cheers

    Nate
