Hello. I am writing regarding ticket #00527215. More than a month has passed since my initial request, and I have not received any updates regarding the status of my Adobe Stock contributor account. Could an admin or moderator please help check the status of this case or route it to the compliance team? If necessary, I am ready to provide any additional information or documentation. Thank you for your time and assistance.

No. Adobe employees don’t monitor this user-to-user forum.  And fellow users here have no influence over account matters.

You have a case # which means an internal investigation is being conducted. This could take several weeks or months. If they need more information, you’ll be notified.  In the meantime, be patient. Work on other projects, Submit to outside services.

    Good luck.

We are contributors like yourself and we cannot be of assistance. Adobe does not participate in this forum. You have a case number. Your only option is to continue waiting. It can weeks or even months, unfortunately, for an investigation to complete, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours.

As we continuously say, we are not Adobe employees and have no access to your account. If you have made an appeal, there is nothing else that can be done. You must wait.

Can I upload mixed categories on Adobe Stock, like 2 health, 2 food, and 2 technology images? Or is it better to focus on one category? I’m new and would really appreciate your advice. Thank you!

    Hi @Bhk

It is best to submit a wide variety of subjects, categories and formats to give your portfolio a better chance of attracting more buyers.

    Please note:
