Account blocked on July 3 — Appeal submitted, no response after 18 days | 8000+ files portfolio
Hello Adobe Stock Team and Community,
I hope this message reaches the right person. I am reaching out regarding my contributor account, which was blocked on July 3, 2026. I received the standard terms violation email and immediately submitted an appeal through the official channels on the same day.
It has now been over 18 days, and I have not received any response, update, or acknowledgment regarding my appeal. I have thoroughly checked my spam/junk folders and all email filters.
About my account:
- Contributor since: May 10, 2024 (over 2 years)
- Portfolio size: 8000+ files
- Content types: Photography, Illustrations, and Vectors
- Primary categories: Nature, Portrait, Business, and Abstract
- All content was self-created with full ownership rights
- No model releases or property releases were used as all content was either non-commercial/editorial or did not require releases
I have always strived to follow Adobe Stock submission guidelines carefully. My portfolio was built with original content over two years, and I have never engaged in spam, copyright infringement, or any prohibited activity. If my submission volume was flagged, I assure you every file was individually reviewed and met quality standards before upload.
I genuinely believe this block may be a misunderstanding or an automated flag, and I am more than willing to provide any additional documentation needed — including RAW files, source files, editing screenshots, or any other proof of ownership.
I would be extremely grateful if someone from the Adobe Stock team could review my case and provide an update. This account represents years of dedicated work, and I am committed to resolving any concerns.
Thank you for your time and support.
Best regards,
Mehedi
