Dear Adobe Stock Team,

I recently received an email stating that my account has been blocked due to offensive content, excessive submissions, and content ownership concerns. I want to clarify that:

  • My videos are nature-based and not offensive.
  • I follow the submission limits using CSV metadata.
  • All my videos are original, created using the Sora AI video generator.

I kindly request a review of my account. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.

Best regards,
Muhammad Afzaal

============

Did you read & understand OpenAI's Terms of Service before deciding if you can or should submit OpenAI output to commercial Stock services like Adobe?  Also, did you manually evaluate the output for accuracy and appropriateness for Stock?

Keep in mind that some AI services are not appropriate for commercial use.  In other words, you can use the output for personal projects, but you can't use it commercially.  Terms vary by plans & services.

Stock requires you to have full ownership rights to content you submit.  Otherwise, it's a violation of Stock's Terms of Service.

Hope that helps.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. Your only option is to use the Contact us link provided on your Dashboard to ask for further details.

It seems this your first visit to the Community Forum. You should read the community rules which indicate that you must not include any personally identifying information, including your full name and email address.

Read some of the other recent posts here. Account suspension is a frequent topic of discussion. You are not addressing Adobe here and will receive no response from Adobe. Your only recourse is to use the Contact Us link on your account page to reach out to the Adobe Stock Contributor Support team and await their response.
