Account blocked: Suspicious activity

I hope you are doing well.

I recently received a notice that my Adobe Stock contributor account has been deactivated due to suspicious activity. I would like to respectfully request a review of my account.

Over the past few months, I was inactive due to personal commitments and was unable to upload new content. Recently, I submitted a payment withdrawal request.

I want to assure you that I have always followed Adobe Stock’s submission guidelines and have not engaged in any activity that violates your policies.

Unfortunately, you did not read other posts concerning blocked accounts. If you did, you would have saved your time. In earlier posts, we always inform the poster that we are not Adobe employees and that we cannot help resolve your individual account closure. We inform all, the correct way is to use the “Contact us” link you are provided on the popup window you see when you attempt to login. You then must wait until the review on your account is over. This can take weeks even months. Do not keep contacting Adobe. This will not speed up the review.

    Hello,

Your account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account. These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity.

For more information on why your account has been blocked, and your appeals options, see the Submission Guidelines.

    Regards,

    Adobe Contributor Relations

    Dear Adobe Stock Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to respectfully request a review of my Adobe Stock contributor account, which was recently deactivated. I understand that this action was taken due to a violation of the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms or Submission Guidelines.

I sincerely apologize for any unintentional mistakes on my part. After carefully reviewing the guidelines, I realize that some of my submitted content may not have fully complied with Adobe’s policies. This was not intentional, and I take full responsibility for ensuring that my future submissions meet all required standards.

I truly value Adobe Stock as a platform and the opportunity it provides to contributors like me. I am fully committed to following all rules regarding content quality, originality, intellectual property, and metadata accuracy moving forward.

I kindly request you to reconsider my case and give me another opportunity to contribute. I am willing to remove any problematic content and strictly adhere to all guidelines in the future.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I would greatly appreciate a second chance and look forward to your response.

    Sincerely,
