Account blocked: Suspicious activity

Good morning,

I received your notification stating “Account blocked: Suspicious activity.” I immediately submitted a review request (ADB-46933681-W2C7), but received no response. I sent an email, but received no reply.

The day before the suspension, I noticed some purchases of my videos, so I thought it might be related to those purchases. Perhaps someone bought those videos with a stolen credit card or something similar.

But I’m wondering why my account was suspended? I didn’t do anything wrong. And this is causing me serious financial damage.

I was also waiting for a payment I requested two weeks ago that still hasn’t arrived.

I’ve read that in cases like this, it can take months before the account is reactivated.

I’m frustrated that no one is responding, and the mere thought of having to wait months is devastating.

It’s not even possible to call someone or chat directly with the Contributors team. It makes no sense.

I didn’t renew a subscription plan for an Adobe product, and two payments were missed. Could that be the problem?

Please help me.

Thank you

GS

When a credit card is compromised, banks block it to further activity as a safety measure.

It’s the same with suspicious Contributor accounts.

You’ll need to wait for an internal audit which could take several weeks or months depending on case load.

Wait patiently. Work on other projects. Submit to outside services.

Refrain from submitting multiple update requests. It only slows things down & generates more open case #.

    Good luck.

Your legal threats are meaningless here.

    Good luck

After making your appeal you must wait until the review is completed. This may take weeks or even months. Nobody here in this forum can assist you. We are not Adobe employees.

Okay, if this is really how long I’ll have to wait, I have no choice but to hand everything over to my lawyer.

I can’t be the one to suffer the consequences for something that’s beyond my control.

There are specific legal deadlines that must be met.

This policy is unfair, and at this point, I’ll also be seeking compensation for financial damages.

The mere fact that it’s not possible to speak directly with the contributors’ team via chat is extremely serious. Only the sales team responds via chat, and they have no way to forward the conversation to the contributors’ team.

And I believe whoever is responding here knows exactly what I’m talking about.

    Enough is enough.

    Regards

Looking forward to seeing you and your lawyer win this case. So many people, including me, have faced this same arbitrary, unjust treatment. Most just swallow it and stay silent. Someone really needs to step up to put an end to this. Best regards.
