Account blocked: Terms violation
Hello everyone,
I would like to ask for clarification regarding a contributor account review related to duplicate submissions. Some of my files were initially rejected for being identified as AI-generated. I contacted Adobe Stock Support to explain that several of those files were not AI-generated, and after review, some were later approved. During this process, I unintentionally re-uploaded some of the same files while they were still under review. I forgot to remove the duplicate submissions before sending them, which may have appeared as excessive or spam submissions. This was not intentional, and I fully understand now that this was a mistake in managing my workflow. I would appreciate any guidance on best practices to avoid duplicate submissions in the future, and whether there is a standard appeal process contributors should follow in situations like this. Thank you very much for your time and help.
