Account blocked: Terms violation

Hello everyone,
I would like to ask for clarification regarding a contributor account review related to duplicate submissions.  Some of my files were initially rejected for being identified as AI-generated. I contacted Adobe Stock Support to explain that several of those files were not AI-generated, and after review, some were later approved.  During this process, I unintentionally re-uploaded some of the same files while they were still under review. I forgot to remove the duplicate submissions before sending them, which may have appeared as excessive or spam submissions.  This was not intentional, and I fully understand now that this was a mistake in managing my workflow.  I would appreciate any guidance on best practices to avoid duplicate submissions in the future, and whether there is a standard appeal process contributors should follow in situations like this.  Thank you very much for your time and help.

Your account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account. These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity.

For more information on why your account has been blocked, and your appeals options, see the Submission Guidelines.

The duplicates may or may not be the reason for account suspension. You’ll just have to wait for a response to the message you set via the Contact Us link.

Some content that was still in review was identical to content that had already been accepted after initially being not accepted. I mistakenly forgot to remove those duplicate submissions during the review process

Yes. You have done all you can do on your end. Do not contact Adobe again, as this create new tickets and can potentially cause delays in getting your account re-opened.
