Hi… my Account was blocked today :(

After a dozen or so years of cooperation and Portfolio (38,554 photos and footages) I only deserve an email like this! This is a scandal!

“Hello,

Your account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account. These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity.

For more information on why your account has been blocked, and your appeals options, see the Submission Guidelines.

Regards,

Adobe Contributor Relations”

In a civilized world/company, there's an accusation, a trial, the right to a defense, and a verdict...

    • You’re not an Adobe employee.
    • You’re a supplier.

As a supplier, you have as much right to an explanation as Netflix or Disney+ does when you cancel their service. Adobe doesn’t owe you anything.

As a courtesy, Adobe emailed you links to the TERMS you agreed to when you joined. And informed you of the appeals process if you feel this was done in error.

There is nothing more to discuss here. This is not a public matter. It’s between you and Adobe. Arguing with fellow users here is futile.

Goodbye & best of luck going forward.

@maciejo99469879 just to add to what @Nancy OShea mentioned. should you decide to request an appeal submit it once and wait. Each time you submit an appeal/ email or followup only slows the process down.

You won’t receive a reply from anyone at Adobe in this forum, and none of us can help you get your account restored. Use the Contact Us link to reach out to Adobe for further assistance, and utilize the appeals process if you believe your account has been wrongly suspended.

In a civilized world/company, there's an accusation, a trial, the right to a defense, and a verdict... here, a verdict was issued without any accusation, defense, or trial... is Adobe a "third world" company?

Since you insist… if someone violates a rule like stealing someone’s work to create their own AI generated asset, fake a model release, or straight out steal someone’s work, should that person be banned for life?
Since you feel so inclined to believe you have done Nothing wrong, and sorry but I don’t, wait it out without thinking you’re coming back to Adobe, and instead go to the other many places to sell your work.

Do you realize that your message is filled with holes and absurdities?
You should be getting blocked here too!

It seems Adobe Stock is taking a hard line on content & terms violations.  They have to protect their reputation and avoid lawsuits at all costs.

You can request an appeal or not. It’s up to you. It could take several weeks or months before you hear anything. Adobe has many more cases ahead of yours.  While you wait, submit content to other services and work on other projects.  You won’t receive a response from Adobe here. This is private matter between you and Adobe Stock Contributor Support.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
