I got this mail from Adobe

"Hello,

Your account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account. These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity."

After that I could not get to my account. I think it was because my contribution tool microstock plus tried to upload older Fotos again. But with this undefined description I just dont know it! I am a hobby Fotographer who uploads his Holiday fotos. So i guess it is not a crime.... Adobe doesent answer my mails and they took the money from my account. I guess now they sell my pictures and keep the money. What a customer relationship ist this?

Thank you for nothing

Andreas

Well, you did something to violate the TERMS.

Did you read & understand what you agreed to when you joined?  The TERMS are all spelled out in the Contributor User Guide.

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.html

Adobe took down your content from their website. There's too much risk for them to keep selling it.

Find another hobby.

Work on other projects.

Or submit to other services.

Good luck.

There is nothing that we in the Contributor Community can do to assist in getting your account restored. You must use the Contact Us link to reach out to Adobe and then await their response.
