Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

My Adobe Stock contributor account has been deactivated, and I am not sure why this has happened. I have always tried to follow all the contributor guidelines carefully, and I would sincerely appreciate it if you could review my case and let me know the reason for this deactivation.

If I have made any mistake, I apologize for it and kindly ask for your forgiveness. Please unblock and reactivate my account.

I am feeling quite worried because I have already contacted support twice but have not received a response yet. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Additional information that may help with your investigation:
I have been uploading original content created by me.
I have not used any third-party or copyrighted material without proper permission.
I have not shared my account or violated any contributor policies to my knowledge.
I received no prior warning or notification about the issue before deactivation.

Thank you very much for your time and understanding. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,
Hamno Desi

You are given a "Contact us" link. You need to use it. This forum cannot help.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we are unable to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile before you hear from them other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so can potentially slow down Adobe's investigation.
