While I am confident that I have not violated the terms of use, I understand that mistakes can happen.
What does this email mean, and what should I do to get my account back?
Thank you for your time and consideration of my case.

As you are confident not having violated any terms and Adobe thinks you did, it looks for me as you can't do much.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Suspected violation of the Stock Contributor User Terms.
