On 11 March my Adobe contributor account was de-activated without mentioning any reason, and the worst part about Adobe is not giving enough support, particularly to the contributor account holder, I have already sent an email to the support team but still haven't got the answer or any other support from them. one thing I want know that is it possible to get back that >

in simple words pathetic kind of support team they having.

Do not send e-mails! Use the link on the blocking page. The contributor support responds to your requests with an e-mail, but do not expect a lenghty dialogue. Check your spam folders if you think that an answer is due.

 

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

My Adobe Stock account was deactivated on September 25th, and since then, I’ve been following up regularly under several case numbers (00442464, 00443035, 00447541, 00449641, 00453473, 00454878). However, I haven’t received a clear explanation regarding the reason for the deactivation or a timeframe for reactivation. Each time I reach out, I receive a new case number without any update.

I sincerely apologize for the mistake that led to this issue. It was my first time using Adobe Stock, and I didn’t fully understand all the contributor guidelines. All the images I submitted were created and edited by me personally. I also confirm that I do not have any other Adobe account linked to my phone number. 

 Please activate my account. 

would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Could you please provide an update on my case or let me know if any additional steps are required on my end?

If you've spent any time at all on this forum you would know that we are a community of contributors and no one here can assist in recovering your account. Additionally, contacting the contributor support team continuously and opening up multiple tickets clogs the support system and just lengthens the time needed for them to complete their review.
