Hello Community,

I hope this message finds you well. Recently, I encountered an issue with my account being blocked, and I received an email from the service provider indicating a violation of their terms and conditions.

The email states that my content may be removed or my account deactivated due to non-compliance with their Account and Content Submission Guidelines. Specifically, it mentions that the use of AI-generated images might have led to this action.

I am reaching out to seek guidance and support from fellow community members on how to proceed in this situation. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, and if so, what steps did you take to address it? Additionally, I would appreciate any advice on how to appeal the decision or resolve the dispute effectively.

Your insights and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation.       Many other contributors have reported here about account suspensions. There is nothing that this community of fellow contributors can do to assist. You must reply to the contact us link on your account page and await Adobe's response.
