Dear Sir,

Thank you for your response Sir, I apologize for my mistake, I was unaware about adobe submission rules and regulations.
And I promise that I never submit multiple versions of the same files. I will immediately remove all those files, and if possible kindly remove duplicate files from your side also
I strongly agree to follow the rules for adobe contributor's in the future, and never disappoint again. I request you to please unblock my account as soon as possible, so I can correct my mistake.

Thank & regards
Contributor

As you were already told, we are not Adobe. We are contributors like yourself. And as you were also told, it is you responsibility to follow the contributor terms. Now you must wait. Did you already contact Adobe using the link that you are provided?

You said "I was unaware about adobe submission rules and regulations."  This is no defense when Adobe suspends your account. It is your responsibility to read all guidelines and adhere to them. If your violations were not too serious, your account might be restored.

Yes,
I mailed. But they are not giving any reply. On 21st my account was made detective.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

You are not addressing Adobe on this forum, but contributors like yourself. Your only option, if you haven't already done so, is to click the "Contact us" link on your dashboard and wait for Adobe to respond. Also, you should not post personal information such as your email address on this forum.
