Account de-activated, Adobe don't respond me

Hi everyone,

My Adobe contributor account has been deactivated for more than 2 months. Adobe never responds to my emails. I think the reason for deactivation was because I opened a second account. I was unaware that Adobe had such a rule. Now, if I delete my account, open a new account and upload my works there, will it be blocked again?

Thanks in advance.

I think there's more here than you're telling us.

Regardless, Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity.
2) Content spamming or fraud.
3) Receipt of an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice.
4) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms. These are the TERMS you agreed to.

This matter is between you and Stock Contributor Support: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/contact

A user-to-user community like this one can't help you.

Be patient. Check your email spam folder.  An audit could take several weeks/months to conclude.  If requested, provide additional information. Meanwhile work on other projects. Feel free to submit content to other stock services.

Good luck.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

If you already got blocked for having multiple accounts, certainly creating yet another account will get you blocked again! Sorry, but not knowing the regulations isn't much of a defense - it is your responsibility to read and adhere to all of the terms and conditions and guidelines.

You cannot delete your account. First of all you have no access to it.

Hi @36042935 ,

I am not understanding. You have multiple accounts and one is blocked because you have multiple accounts, why would you want to delete the existing account to open another?

To answer your question: Adobe will answer. You need to be patient. Do not open another account. Doing so will risk Adobe closing all your accounts. You will not want that to happen.

Best wishes

Both of my accounts have been deactivated. My second account was new, it
doesn't matter to me if it is deactivated. I want my main account to be
active again. I already deleted my second account after I was deactivated.

That's impossible. Contributor accounts can only be deleted by Adobe.

I suspect it will be blocked again. There are very logical reason why one should have multiple accounts. Adding yet another account will raise more red flags, especially if you add assets that are already included in your other accounts. And stop sending emails. Adobe will respond when their investigation is complete.
