but 38 days end but still not solve it

I have emailed "contact us" from work several times but have not received any reply.

Adobe reps do not monitor this forum, so you will receive no reply from them here. The only thing you can do is wait for a response to the messages you sent via the Contact Us link.

Did you e-mail contributor support and you have multiple accounts?

 

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Dear sir, I don't have any duplicate accounts. but My family uses three accounts but from the same Wi-Fi. but not same computer. 1 user one id verified,
