ACCOUNT DE-ACTIVATED / IS IT POSSITBLE TO START NEW ACCOUNT USING PREVIOUS ID INFORMATION

WHAT SHOULD I DO? ADOBE STOCK NOT RESPONDING.

IF YOU KNOW ABOUT IT LET ME KNOW. I'M LITTLE BIT CONFUSED.

We are contributors like yourself and we can not be of assistance. Your only option is to click on the "Contact us" link and wait for a response. It may take days or weeks before you hear from Adobe, depending on the number of accounts presently under investigation.

I suspect Adobe deactivated your account because they noticed something that went against their Terms and Conditions. Reactivating your old account would probably get flagged as well. You need to wait and find out what issues Adobe is investigating, or you may repeat those mistakes in your reactivated account.
