What is this why adobestock blocked my you there are lot of people in the world whose name are same and why my account is blocked . I worked very hard please tell me how to solve this issue.

Because there is no reason to add to this discussion. Your contributor account has been blocked, you need to wait for Adobe to give you further status indications. As long as you do not have those, your thread here stays blocked. I thought that was a clear message of mine.

 

There is no need to create new threads for this, if you have further information from Adobe, send me a DM and I will open this again so that you can post that additional information.

    I have only one account. Who make account with same my name, same password and same country. it's adobestock mistake. I work very hard on my account adobestock stock blocked 😭 without authentic reason this not reason same name. You know there are lot of people whose name are same so what is my mistake.

    BTW: investigations take between a day and several months, so there is no need to repost after 14 days. They will tell you when they are ready. Meanwhile, prepare something else.

    There are possibilities to check that, and they seem to be convinced that you have multiple accounts. That is not allowed according to the rules (or is allowed only in a very narrow application field).

     

    They won't further communicate until they have terminated the investigation, and there is nothing that we can do for you.

Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

    I don't have any account. I have only one account. Why my account is blocked. It's my rights. I worked very hard and adobestock blocked same name issue this not proper reason there are lot of people whose names are same. So I want to justice why my account is blocked. I want to back my account I don't have any account or any other violations.

    Adobe doesn't block multiple accounts purely on the basis of having the same names. There are other indicators. If you didn't create and misuse multiple accounts, your account will be restored after their investigation is complete.

    Please explain I worked very hard on my account 😭and adobestock blocked without authentic reason this not reason same. I don't whose name same with there are lot of people in the world whose name are same. I have only one account. So what is my mistake😭
