my account is deactivate, i send  mail but still now 24 days no reply from adobe, please support me..

It can take weeks or even months before you hear from Adobe, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours. But also keep an eye on your spam or junk folder. I assume you used the Contact us link visible when you attempted to access your dashboard, rather than an email.

No one here in the Contributor community can help you to get your account restored. You'll just have to wait for Adobe to respond, which could take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
