ello Adobe Stock Team,

My Adobe Stock contributor account has been deactivated. I respectfully request a review of my account and possible reactivation.

If any of my submissions unintentionally violated Adobe Stock content or quality guidelines, I sincerely apologize. This was never intentional.

I would really appreciate it if you could let me know the specific reason for the deactivation so I can clearly understand my mistake and ensure full compliance in the future.

Adobe Stock is very important to me as a contributor, and I am fully committed to submitting only original, high-quality, and guideline-compliant content.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

Kind regards,
sahadat hossain

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we are unable to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile (possibly weeks) before you hear from them, other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so can potentially slow down Adobe's investigation.

Adobe likely detected suspicious account activity.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Unauthorized use of protected Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Content spamming. Using multiple accounts to artificially boost sales or bypass submission limits.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from 3rd parties.
5) Other violations of Stock Contributor Terms. See below.

This is a private matter between you and Stock Contributor Support.

Fellow Contributors in this user-to-user community can't help you with account matters.

Be patient. It may take several weeks for an account audit/investigation. Check your email spam folder. If requested, provide additional information directly to Adobe Stock. Work on other projects. Submit content to other stock services.

Good luck.

Hi @Sahadat_hossain4406 ,

In most cases, the cause for a suspended account is linked to violating the Contributor Account Agreement that you signed. I suggest you review it

Best wishes

As @daniellei4510 said, we are not Adobe and cannot assist you. You do not have to request a review. Your account is deactivated because it is under review. The review can take days, weeks or even months. You must remain patient and wait. You have a "Contact us" link shown when you try to login. It is there for a reason. Use it.
