Two weeks ago my Adobe Stock Contributor account was blocked and I don't know the reason, nobody tells me anything, I have sent several emails and there is no answer.
I don't know if I'm going to get it back or I have to create another account?
Does anyone here know anything about this?

Thanks !

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity.

2) Content spamming or fraudulent activity.
3) Receipt of an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice.
4) Violation of Stock Contributor User Terms.

Stock Contributor Support: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/contact

Wait 30 business days (Monday - Friday), check your email spam folder.

Meanwhile work on other projects or submit content to other stock image services.

Good luck.

If you violated the guidelines, depending in the severity of the violation, your account might be permanently suspended. If not too serious, they might restore your account. There's nothing you can do at this point to influence the process.

…and check the forum here. There are plenty of people getting blocked and then reactivated. Others stay blocked.

Do not send e-mails. Use the form from the link. Do not spam the system.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
