Hello UZAIR,

If your content has been removed, or your account blocked, due to a violation of our Terms (including these Account and Submission Guidelines), and you dispute the decision, you may file an appeal or use an out-of-court dispute resolution option (where applicable in your jurisdiction) by following the process here: https://www.adobe.com/trust/transparency.html

Your only option to to wait for Adobe's decision whether to re-activate your account or ban it permanently. If you did nothing wrong, they will open your account. You will hear back from them eventually but it could take days or even weeks while they investigate. A ticket was created when you first responded to the Contact Us link. There is no need to do it more than once. You are only delaying their response. and creating more work for the investigative team. Meanwhile, read the Content Submission Guidelines to help you determined what you did or might have done wrong.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity.
2) Content spamming or fraud.

3) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice.
4) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms (see below).

Contact Stock Contributor Support: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/contact

Wait 30 business days for a reply.  Check your email spam folder.  Be patient & cooperate if they request additional information.
Meanwhile work on other projects. Submit content to other stock services.

Good luck.

We have no idea. We are contributors like yourself. Wait until you hear back from adobe. It could be for any number of reasons. Just curious: Do you submit AI?
