Account Deactivated

My five-month-old account was deactivated without any notification or explanation. I had uploaded 22,000 files to that account. I then created a new account, and it was deactivated after only a few seconds without any files being uploaded. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

Adobe likely detected suspicious account activity.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Unauthorized use of protected Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Content spamming. Using multiple accounts to artificially boost sales or bypass submission limits.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from customers or 3rd parties.
5) Violation of Stock Contributor Terms. See below.

If the first account was deactivated for serious violations of the T&C's, it's possible that you are permanently banned from Adobe Stock. Don't waste your time trying to start a new account until you receive the final determination from Adobe. Did you use the Contact Us link in your account to reach out to Adobe?

"I had uploaded 22,000 files to that account."

I suspect this is the reason your account was deactivated. 22,000 assets in five months? Perhaps spamming with unedited AI assets? In any case, there is nothin we can do for you. You were given a Contact Us link. Responding to it to ask for further details is your only option.

The reason is, you are not allowed a second account while your first account is being investigated. If your original count is re-established, then you will have two accounts, and that is not allowed.
