    It is my understanding that if you have been advised that your account will not be reinstated, you as a Contributor have been permanently banned. If you open a new account and start uploading assets, it will also be banned.

      Do not start a new account. If you start a new account and your old account is re-actived, you will have two accounts, which is another reason accounts are being deactived. Wait until Adobe completes their investigation so will know why the account was deactivated.
